By accessing or purchasing an intelligence pass on RIASTRIP OS ("The Consequence Travel Engine"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description & Platform Tiers

RIASTRIP OS provides automated travel telemetry evaluation, circadian strain calculations, cost-creep estimations, and AI itinerary generation via Google Gemini Flash.

• Instant Engine Pass ($9 One-Time): Unlocks 1 single-trip telemetry evaluation & downloadable PDF report.
• Explorer VIP ($19 / month): Grants up to 15 telemetry evaluations / month, live price drop tracking, and Travatar vault access.
• Architect Pro ($49 / month): Grants unlimited telemetry evaluations, priority AI processing, and corporate invoice generation.

3. Telemetry Disclaimers

Telemetry scores ($F, W, C, R$) and loss intercept recommendations represent mathematical estimates derived from raw text parsing, meteorological feeds, and crowd density algorithms. Users remain responsible for verifying airline booking policies and hotel check-in times.

4. User Conduct & Quota Fair Use

Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling of telemetry API endpoints is strictly prohibited. Subscriptions breaching fair use limits may be suspended.

5. Governing Law
