RIAS TRIP PRIVATE LIMITED ("RIASTRIP OS") collects minimal personal data required to evaluate travel itinerary consequences, parse user drafts, and maintain user accounts. This includes:
- Account credentials (email address, user authentication session tokens verified via Supabase Auth).
- Unstructured itinerary text, flight numbers, or ticket PDF uploads provided for consequence audits.
- Transaction status records processed securely via third-party payment gateways (Dodo Payments).
2. Third-Party AI Processing Disclosure
Itinerary text and ticket details are processed server-side via Google AI Studio (Gemini Flash API) strictly for entity extraction and scoring. We do not sell or trade personal travel records to third parties.
3. Data Retention & Erasure Rights
Users may request complete account data export or permanent deletion at any time via the User Dashboard settings or by emailing info.riastrip@gmail.com.
4. Affiliate & Outbound Tracking Disclosure
Certain outbound links and flight widgets featured on RIASTRIP OS are affiliate links powered by Travelpayouts (Marker: 724263 / TRS: 557153) and direct merchant partnerships. When you click an outbound link via our server redirect route (/api/go), minimal non-personal click telemetry (provider key, placement context, timestamp) is logged for attribution auditing.
