1. Instant Engine Pass ($9 Single Scans)
Because the Instant Engine Pass ($9) triggers immediate real-time AI entity extraction via Google Gemini Flash, meteorological hazard lookups, and PDF generation, single-scan $9 purchases are non-refundable once the evaluation report has been generated and delivered.
If a technical server error prevents your scan from rendering, our support team will manually re-run your telemetry scan or issue a full refund within 3 business days.
2. Monthly Subscriptions ($19 Explorer VIP & $49 Architect Pro)
Monthly subscription plans ($19/mo Explorer VIP and $49/mo Architect Pro) include a 7-day money-back guarantee for new accounts with 0 scans used during the billing cycle.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time via your user dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future recurring charges immediately; you will retain access to your account through the end of the current paid billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or account cancellation, email our support desk at support@riastrip.com with your Voyage ID (e.g., `RIA-883291`) and registered email address. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
