Welcome to RIAS Trip 


By using our website, booking engine, services, or making a reservation through us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or booking services.

1. About RIAS Trip

RIAS Trip is a travel agency based in:

We offer flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, VISA assistance, transfers, activities, and customized travel planning.

Our booking engine is powered by Adhiva and payments are securely processed via PayU and Razorpay.

2. Use of Website & Services

By accessing or using RIAS Trip:

 

  • You confirm you are 18 years or older.

  • You provide accurate and updated information.

  • You agree not to misuse our website or booking system.

  • You accept that all bookings are subject to availability and supplier rules.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel suspicious transactions.

3. Booking Terms

When you make a booking through RIAS Trip, you agree that:

 

✔ RIAS Trip is an intermediary

We facilitate bookings with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and operators. We do not control their operations.

 

✔ All bookings are subject to supplier terms

Each airline, hotel, or tour operator has its own rules for:

  • Cancellation

  • Refunds

  • Amendments

  • Check-in requirements

  • Baggage rules

  • No-show penalties

 

These rules override any general policy.

 

✔ You must provide correct information

Incorrect names, dates, passport details, or other mistakes can result in:

  • Ticket cancellation

  • Penalties

  • Loss of refund eligibility

 

RIAS Trip is not liable for such errors.

4. Pricing & Payments

A. Price Accuracy

We aim to display accurate prices, but suppliers may update fares at any time.
Final pricing is confirmed only after payment.

 

B. Payment Gateways

All payments are securely processed via:

  • PayU

  • Razorpay

You may be subject to their terms and verification process.

 

C. Failed Payments

If the amount is deducted but booking is not confirmed:

  • Refunds will be processed by PayU/Razorpay as per their timeline.

  • RIAS Trip is not responsible for bank delays.

 

D. Taxes & Charges

Government taxes, service charges, or supplier fees may apply.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Amendments

All cancellations and refunds follow:

  1. Supplier policies (airlines, hotels, operators).

  2. RIAS Trip service charges.

Refunds may take 7–30 working days depending on the supplier and bank.

6. VISA & Documentation

RIAS Trip assists with VISA documentation, but:

 

✔ We do NOT guarantee VISA approval.

Approval is solely the decision of the respective embassy/consulate.

 

✔ No refund is provided for VISA rejections.

All VISA fees, service charges, and processing charges are non-refundable.

 

✔ Your responsibility:

You must ensure:

  • Valid passport

  • Correct documents

  • Accurate information

 

RIAS Trip is not liable for losses due to incorrect documentation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance for:

 

  • Medical emergencies

  • Trip cancellations

  • Lost baggage

  • Delays

 

Insurance claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

 

  • Use the website for fraudulent activities.

  • Interfere with security or servers.

  • Copy or resell any content from RIAS Trip.

  • Provide misleading or false information.

 

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details.

9. Limitation of Liability

RIAS Trip is not responsible for:

 

  • Airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

  • Hotel overbooking or service issues

  • Supplier mistakes or operational failures

  • VISA rejection or immigration issues

  • Natural calamities, strikes, riots, or force majeure

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Incorrect information provided by customers

 

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific booking.

10. Third-Party Links & Content

Our website may show:

  • Embedded content

  • Ads

  • Booking engines

 

These websites have their own terms & privacy policies. RIAS Trip is not responsible for their content or actions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logo, branding, trademarks, and materials on RIAS Trip are the property of the company.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy, including:

 

  • Analytics tools (Google, Meta)

  • Payment gateways

  • Booking engine (Adhiva)
